How to get Focus Activity Packs in Destiny 2
Focus activity packs are a new addition to Lot 2, and only active during the Guardian Games holiday event, which runs from March 5-26. To get these special chests, you’ll need to participate in the new Focus Activity playlists to contribute to your class’s overall score and reach certain thresholds.
Opening three of these packs is the second fastest way to get the great new thing Skimmer hoverboard vehicle, the Allstar Vector. But there’s a catch: focus activities are only available every few hours Lot 2 and only lasts for a limited time.

When will Focus Activity playlists appear? Lot 2?

Focus Activity playlists usually appear every four o’clock. When active, you’ll see a special white line below the active playlist and a timer showing how much time you have left before the playlist returns to normal.
On weekdays (Mon-Thurs) you have alone two o’clock to play as many Nightfalls, Gambit matches, or Supremacy matches as possible (depending on which of these three are available). And on the weekend (Friday-Sun) you have that three hours of Focus Activity time before the playlist returns to normal.
How to open Focus activity packs in Lot 2

As you play in the Focus Activity playlist you will earn points depending on how well you perform, which will contribute to an overall pool of points that you share with your classmates. The Guardian Games is a competition to see which of the three classes is the best, so you lock your earnings into the class you start the Focus playlist with. So if you start one match as a Titan and then switch to a Warlock, all the points you earn will still go to Team Titan.
Each Focus Activity window has three thresholdsand can unlock your class bronze, silveror gold depending on how you all do it, the higher your level, the better loot you receive. Once your class reaches a new level, all you need to do is take on and complete an activity in the Guardian Games playlist to claim the pack. The rewards from the package decrease together with the other rewards from the activity.
You can also use one Champion package if your class has the highest score at the end of the focus activity. This chest rewards you with a medallion box full of medals (without diamond medals), so you can give your class a huge boost in the Guardian Games rankings. Make sure you wear the Guardian Games class item when you join the Focus Activity playlist, otherwise you will not be eligible for package rewards.
Opening a package counts towards Eva’s “Invade‘mission, which you must complete if you want to unlock the permanent, exotic version of the Allstar Vector, the new Skimmer vehicle.
