How to get copper wire in Pacific Drive

Copper wire is a resource you need Pacific drive to make electronics and things to charge your car battery. You also won’t find copper wire in the same places you’ll find most other resources when you explore the damp forest and sweltering forests of the Outer Zone.

How to get copper wire in Pacific Drive

Copper wire and most other electronics-related resources tend not to appear in the places you usually collect resources, such as dumpsters, trunks, or storage containers. And it’s not immediately clear where you can get it.

You collect copper wire using your scraper on things like radios, Phones, computersAnd TVs. There’s even a computer and a radio on a shelf next to the wrecked car outside the garage, which you can throw away every time you return to your base.

Outside your base, you’ll find consumer electronics in buildings: check counters in ARDA trailers for radios and computers, and check houses for phones and radios. In rare cases, you can even find radios outside buildings or in shipping containers.

Other resources that come from consumer electronics include things like plastic, electronicsand occasionally 9v battery.

Another good place to look is the small ARDA research posts. They don’t appear on the map, but you can recognize them by the distinctive lead shielding racks and blue-purple sodium vapor lamps. If you throw away the lamps, receivers, and lab computers in these locations, you’ll get a lot of useful materials, including copper wire and electronics (and that cable will come in handy later).


Copper Wire Recipes in Pacific Drive

Probably the first time you realize you need copper wire is to make one battery jumper (4 9v batteries, 2 copper wires, 1 electronics) – these are all sources that you collect from consumer electronics. Battery jumpers charge 30 kW into your battery.

Both spheres (2 glass shards, 1 printing cartridge, 1 copper wire) And replacement kits for lamps (1 copper wire, 1 bulb) you need to repair your headlights, you need copper wire. Do that too raw headlights (2 plastic, 1 duct tape, 1 copper wire, 5 road flares) And headlights (2 shards of glass, 3 copper wire, 1 electronics, 1 bulb).
