The Bloodfiend’s Arm is classified as a colossal weapon and you can get one of any weapon Bloodthirsty enemy. You can find these guys at a few different places in Gravesite Plain and the Ancient Ruins of Ruah regions, but the easiest place to edit them is Prospect Cityearly in the game.

In the central ruins of Prospect Town, climb almost all the way to the top, where you’ll find a tower and a treasure chest. Just before you get there, at the base of the tower steps, you’ll find what I’ll call a bunch of Blood Fiends. Take these guys out before they beat you up and you’ll have a great chance of getting the Bloodfiend’s Arm.

If you don’t get the drop, just go back to the Grace’s Cliffroad Terminus siterest and return to defeat the gang again.

How to get to Prospect Town in Elden Ring?

Getting to Prospect Town is simple, but very easy to miss.

Just outside Belurat castle in Gravesite Plain you will find the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace, where you meet Sir Ansbach for the first time. Get away from that place of grace south to the mountain side, but not through the stone gate. You will find a path with sharp rocks that leads up to the mountains. Take this path, kill some rats and you’ll eventually reach the Grace’s Cliffroad Terminus sitewhich is right across from Prospect Town.

Pair one of these with a Bleed Affinity on the weapon and you can even the odds against some of the DLC’s toughest bosses.
