How to get ancient civilization parts in Palworld

To make progress Palworldyou need ancient parts of civilization to build upgrades for your character and base. Many things require ancient civilization parts, including egg incubators, shields, orb launchers, and other useful items.

Below we explain how you can bring in parts from the ancient civilization Palworld and we’ve taken you to some early game areas so you can get your hands on them easily.

How to get ancient civilization parts in Palworld

You can get ancient civilization pieces from multiple sources, but it mostly involves taking on tough friends. They are as follows:

  • Defeat tower bosses
  • Defeat or capture Alpha Pals (the boss-like ones that have their own map icons)
  • Defeating or capturing lucky friends
  • Opening chests found all over the world

You can rematch Alpha Pals and tower bosses, so they’re technically a near-infinite source of ancient civilization parts (barring the fact that they take a while to respawn). That said, it’s a good idea to outsource lower-level alpha friends like the Chillet and Penking. We’ve highlighted some early game bosses to farm old civilization parts on the map below:

The bosses on the map above are:

  • Chillet (level 11, ice/dragon)
  • Penking (level 15, water/ice)
  • Azurobe (level 17, water/dragon)
  • Grintale (level 17, neutral)
  • Kingpaca (level 23, neutral)
  • Katress (level 23, dark)
  • Bushi (level 23, fire)
  • Zoe and Grizzbolt (approximately 30,000 hp, electric)
