How to file a Fortnite refund claim with the FTC
To make a claim all you have to do is fill in the form official FTC form online. The form requires people to sign up with a previously obtained claim number or your Epic account ID. To complete it, you must be 18 years or older. (People under 18 can ask a parent or legal guardian to fill out the form for them.) The FTC has set a deadline to file claims by January 10, 2025.
According to the FTC FAQ, the agency “expects to make additional payments in 2025” after it “reviews and validates all claims.” Those who opted to receive payment via PayPal will largely accept payment within 30 days, and those who opted for a check must cash it within 90 days.
