Australian travelers can earn more Qantas Frequent Flyer points when they order an Uber with one simple trick.
Passengers can link their Uber and Qantas Frequent Flyer accounts in the Uber app and earn points by booking trips to and from the airport on their next holiday.
For every €2 spent, you can earn one point when you take Uber rides to and from 21 eligible airports across the country.
Uber users who book a Reserve trip up to 90 days before their trip will earn one Qantas Point for every $1 spent to or from eligible airports.
Those who don’t have an Uber account can sign up and link their Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn 1,000 points.

Frequent flyer expert and blogger Adele Eliseo behind The Champagne Mile said millions of Qantas points are going unclaimed because many don’t realize they can link their accounts.
“Qantas Points have the power to unlock incredible travel redemptions, so it’s sad to hear so many Australians are missing out!” she said.
“The good news is that Aussies can earn points in under a minute and have a chance to win a million Qantas Points at the same time with one simple hack.”
This April, those with linked Uber and Qantas accounts will have the chance to win one million Frequent Flyer points.

One million points will be given away every day to one lucky passenger who links their Uber and Qantas Frequent flyer accounts from April 11 to 30.
Travelers have tons of options with what they can do with a million frequent flyer points, from upgrades to business or first class, free select flights, lounge access and even tickets on The Ghan or Indian-Pacific cross-country trains.
Another way to earn more Qantas Points and get closer to booking your dream trip is to go hiking.
The Qantas Wellbeing app gives users points for hitting their daily step count, as well as things like exercising and getting a good night’s sleep.
Finance and investment guru Queenie Tan said while the program doesn’t earn “heaps” of points, it is a great way to make money by doing “easy” things and ensuring the points don’t expire.
Frequent flyers have discovered the trick before, saying the app is generous with doling out points at first, but you have to sign up for Qantas health insurance to keep the big rewards.
An Australian flyer has shared how she’s racking up thousands of Qantas points by following her daily routine and staying active by downloading the airline’s Wellbeing app
She downloaded the Qantas Wellbeing app and collected points by tracking her sleep, step count, car checks and phone use.
‘I slept at the right time every night without looking at my phone and earned 17 points. I reached my daily step count and earned 31 points,” Queenie explains.
She also checked her car’s tire pressure and brakes, invited friends to join the app and recorded her blood pressure.
By the end of the week, Queenie had an additional 624 Qantas points in her account.
“I think it’s a really great app if you want to earn points for simple everyday things and it’s also a good way to make sure your Qantas points don’t expire,” she said.
While the app can be used without having to sign up for Qantas health insurance, many say the rewards are greater for those who sign up for a plan after the 28-day trial period.
‘You get more points for the trial period. After that, you will need to take out insurance to get full points. You’ll still get some points anyway, but with very little effort and every point counts, and it keeps the account active,” one flyer explained.
‘To maximize the Wellness app you also need Qantas health insurance. You get ten times the points,” another agreed.
