Quincy Jones once claimed he was dating Ivanka Trump in a bombshell interview in which he described her as having “the most beautiful legs” but “the wrong father.”
The music titan, who died Sunday night at the age of 91, told New York magazine’s David Marchese in 2018 that he dated the former First Daughter in 2006 — when Ivanka was 25 and Jones was 73.
In the shocking exchange, he called Trump a “crazy m***************” and a “megalomaniac narcissist” while revealing “I was in a relationship with Ivanka, you know.”
Marchese was overwhelmed by the information and pressed Jones for more details, explaining that Tommy Hilfiger had at the time worked with his daughter Kidada, a former model, who told him Ivanka wanted to have dinner with him.
“I said, ‘No problem,’” Jones told the publication. “She’s a nice girl************.” She had the most beautiful legs I have ever seen in my life. Wrong father though.’
American music titan Quincy Jones claimed in 2018 that he dated Ivanka Trump in 2006, when she was just 25 and he was 73. He died on Sunday evening at the age of 91.
Ivanka Trump never confirmed or denied Jones’ claims, but reportedly told his daughter she wanted to have dinner with the music legend. Pictured: Ivanka Trump is seen at Funke for Kim Kardashian’s birthday party on October 20, 2023 in Los Angeles

Ivanka has never confirmed or denied the claims and was a White House adviser at the time of the bombshell interview, as her father Donald Trump was US President.
Ivanka, now 43, is married to her father’s former senior advisor, Jared Kushner, after the couple first met in 2007 before marrying in 2009.
Since then, the couple has welcomed three children together: Arabella, Joseph and Theodore.
Ivanka’s claims came after Jones’ January 2018 interview with GQ, where he revealed he had 22 girlfriends from Cape Town to Stockholm, adding that his daughters regularly asked him not to date women younger than them.
He told the magazine: “I have 22 girlfriends… Hell yeah. Everywhere. Cape Town. Cairo. Stockholm, she’s coming next week. Brazil – Belo Horizonte, São Paulo and Rio. Shanghai, I got a great girl from Shanghai there, man. Cairo, wow.”
Jones further revealed that he kept things honest with his numerous partners about his womanizing behavior: “Yes, I’m not lying. And it’s amazing: women get it, man. Never forget that they are 13 years smarter than us. Never forget it.’
Although the Off the Wall record producer preferred dating younger women, he admitted there were some age restrictions.
He said, “Well, my daughters gave me new songs because they kept saying, ‘Daddy, you can’t date girls younger than us.’ I said, “You’re all not young anymore….” So the new numbers are 28 to 42. They gave them to me.’
Jones married three times in his life, first to his high school sweetheart Jeri Caldwell, for nine years until 1966, and fathered his daughter Jolie.
In 1967 he then married Ulla Andersson and had a son and daughter before divorcing in 1974 to marry actor Peggy Lipton.
They had two daughters, including actor Rashida Jones, before divorcing in 1989.
He had two more children: Rachel, with a dancer, Carol Reynolds, and Kenya, his daughter with actor Nastassja Kinski.
Jones never remarried after Lipton, but continued to date a string of younger women, wowing audiences with his long-time collaboration with 19-year-old Egyptian designer Heba Elawadi when he was 73.

The legendary music manager, who produced Michael Jackson’s Thriller album and worked with artists such as Frank Sinatra and Ray Charles, died Sunday evening surrounded by his family at his home in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles. No cause of death was given.
His daughter Rashida, who played Karen Filippelli on The Office, said in a statement: “Tonight it is with complete but broken hearts that we share the news of the passing of our father and brother Quincy Jones.
“And while this is an incredible loss for our family, we celebrate the amazing life he lived and know there will never be another like him.”
Jones rose to the top of show business when he became one of the first black executives to thrive in Hollywood and amass an extraordinary musical catalog.
He toured with Count Basie and Lionel Hampton, arranged records for Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald and composed soundtracks for Roots and In The Heat Of The Night.
Jones organized then-President Bill Clinton’s first inaugural celebration and oversaw the all-star recording of We Are The World in 1985 for famine relief in Africa.
Lionel Richie, who co-wrote We Are the World and was one of the singers on the charity record, would call Jones “the master orchestrator.”
He will probably be best remembered for his productions with Jackson, where his versatility and imagination showcased the singer’s talents as he transformed from child star to the ‘King of Pop’.
