Nestled among the trees and grassland, ten Ukrainian soldiers are hiding in plain sight.
Covered from head to toe in foliage, they remain incredibly still so that they cannot be seen by the enemy.
Amid Russia’s brutal war in Ukraine, the soldiers of Kiev prepare for the continuation of the conflict and train in the art of camouflage.
The country’s military uses the foliage to disguise their outlines and protect themselves from Russians trying to pinpoint their location.

The video of the soldiers during their training was posted on Twitter by Anton Gerashchenko, adviser to the Interior Minister of Ukraine, who praised the soldiers for their excellent camouflage performance.
He added that he was very grateful to “everyone who strengthens our military capacity.”
