The British baker started with 100 grams of self-raising flour, an overripe banana and two tablespoons of honey or maple syrup.
Meanwhile, she also recommended using one egg if you’re not vegan, or half a can of chickpea water if you are,
In the clip, Laura started mashing the banana in a bowl until it became a paste texture.
She then added the flour, honey and egg and stirred the mixture before scooping it into a small ovenproof dish lined with parchment paper.

Makes 4 – 135 calories per slice, 100g (1/2 cup, 4oz) self raising flour or all purpose with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda (I use gluten free) 1 large overripe banana, 1/2 can chickpea water OR 1 egg, 2 tbsp syrup of your choice.
Drain a can of chickpeas and whisk the water until frothy OR beat 1 egg.
Mash the banana in a bowl then add flour, syrup and 5 tablespoons of the frothy chickpea water OR the beaten egg.
Stir everything together with a spoon, line a small baking dish with baking paper and pour in the mixture. Air fry at 180C for 13 minutes. Or bake in an oven for 15-20 minutes.’
