How Lara Worthington transformed her body with Pilates and a radical food change – as model shows off her ripped abs and slimmed-down figure

She has been one of Australia’s most successful fashion models for over a decade.

And Lara Worthington (née Bingle) has undergone a massive physical transformation since her days as the blonde bombshell who asked, “Where the hell are you?”

The once shapely runway queen, 36, has transformed her physique over the years with a combination of exercise and vegetarianism — and flaunts her rocky abs to show it off.

Lara, who splits her time in New York and Sydney, has long embraced the benefits of choosing a variety of workouts rather than doing the same thing every day at the gym.

The mother-of-three said she swears by a combination of heated Pilates, hot yoga and occasional exercise to keep herself lean and toned.

“I do 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day, just around New York. You can do it without really realizing it,” she told the Body soul in October, when asked about her workout regimen.

“I have a Pilates machine (at home) so I YouTube any kind of Pilates (class). I like to mix it up and I like to relax. I certainly don’t train every day.’

She also previously called skipping one of her favorite ways to get the blood flowing faster, calling it an “underrated” exercise in a 2021 interview with Russian magazine.

Lara has also spoken about her decision to become a vegetarian, previously citing her meat-free diet as one of the secrets behind her incredible physique.

‘I’ve been a vegetarian for about six years now. In fact, the whole family is vegetarian,” she said Sunday life in 2021.

They share three sons, Rocket, seven, Racer, six, and River, two.
