How Joe DINED with Russian oligarch with ties to Putin and the MAFIA – who gave Hunter’s shell company $3.5 MILLION and was one of the Kremlin’s few allies to evade US sanctions

Groundbreaking new banking records reveal that Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina gave millions to Biden-linked shell companies after a dinner with Hunter and then-Vice President Joe, and was notably not on a list of sanctioned Kremlin allies after the invasion of Ukraine.

In the spring of 2014, Baturina joined Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and a handful of his business associates β€” including Devon Archer and Kazakh oligarchs Kenes Rakishev and Karim Massimov β€” for dinner at Cafe Milano in Washington, DC.

Archer confirmed that Joe was there long enough to eat with the group.

Around the time of the dinner, $3.5 million was transferred from Baturina – the wife of former Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov, who had ties to Vladimir Putin and the Russian mafia.

She transferred the money to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company owned by Hunter and Archer, on February 14, 2014.

After Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the Biden administration imposed sanctions on a handful of Russian oligarchs, but Baturina was “notably” not on the list, according to the report released Tuesday by Republicans on the House Oversight Committee.

New detailed bank records released Tuesday by Republicans on the House Oversight Committee show $20 million in payments to the Biden family and their associates by foreign actors in places like Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan during Joe’s time as vice president.

The new evidence supports Archer’s overwhelming testimony to the committee last week that Hunter raised large amounts of money from foreign deals, and how his father Joe was personally present at dinner parties and at least 20 phone calls with foreign employees.

The data shows that Hunter and Archer used shell companies to β€œhide” millions in payments from foreign companies and oligarchs β€” though none of the payments directly link Joe Biden.

The bank records related to Baturina show a transfer of $3.5 million on February 14, 2014 and a transfer of $2.7 million to Rosemont Seneca Bohai on March 11, 2014.

Subsequently, on March 25, 2014, there were two separate transfers – one for $2.2 million and another for $200,000, to another Rosemont Seneca Bohai account.

Archer and Hunter used Rosemont Seneca Bohai to receive other in-person foreign payments, such as those from the Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

Republicans on the committee allege that Hunter Biden then transferred the money to another Rosemont Seneca Bohai account that he and Archer had access to.

Baturina’s husband – former mayor Yuri Luzhkov – was called “a smart and courageous politician” by Putin after his death in 2019.

Luzhkov is also credited with running a “pyramid” of corruption from the Russian capital, which enriched him and his wife.

The bank records also list annual payments of $1 million to Hunter and Archer for their positions on Burisma’s board of directors — or $83,333 per month. οƒ˜

Democrats are pushing for the Republicans’ new release, saying there is no evidence Joe received any of the money.

Committee Republicans have again released information about financial transactions not involving the president. Instead, they are repeating the same Hunter Biden business dealings that Congressional Republicans identified at least three years ago,” said top oversight Democrat Jamie Raskin, D-Md.

When Biden endorsed a slew of Russian oligarchs following the country’s invasion of Ukraine, he left Baturina off the list.

Another receipt shows how a Kazakhstani oil oligarch Kenes Rakishev used his Singaporean company – Novatus Holdings – to wire Rosemont Seneca Bohai $142,300.

According to Archer, Hunter first bought an electric car from Fisker, but then switched to a Porsche using the $142,000 he received for setting up a dinner party with his father Joe, bank records show.

In 2018, Hunter took photos of himself driving his Porsche at 170 mph in Las Vegas and smoking crack behind the wheel in a residential neighborhood.

During his testimony before the commission, Archer said he did not know the purpose of the wire. But according to email correspondence, Rakishev had wanted Secretary of State John Kerry to visit Kazakhstan.

There was a second dinner at Cafe Milano in 2015, where Rakishev, then-Vice President Biden, Hunter and Archer attended, alongside now-convicted former Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and close friend of Rakishev – Karim Massimov.

Records show that in February 2014, Baturina transferred $3.5 million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company owned by Hunter and Archer. Three-quarters of a million dollars were then transferred directly to Archer and the remainder used to fund a new company. Rosemont Seneca Bohai

For 2014 and 2015, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer received approximately $3.32 million, the memo shows.

The Oversight Committee has subpoenaed bank records from six different banks and received thousands of documents, but has not subpoenaed any bank records from the Biden family “yet.”

On Tuesday, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy called on President Biden to “give us his bank statements” as Republicans have threatened to launch an impeachment inquiry.

Initially, aides said the president had “no knowledge” of his son’s overseas deals, but they recently edited the story to say that Joe “never did business” with his son.

It appears that no real services have been provided other than access to the Biden network, including Joe Biden himself. And Hunter Biden seems to have delivered,” Comer said in a statement Wednesday.

“It is clear that Joe Biden knew about his son’s business dealings and sold himself as ‘the brand’ to enrich the Biden family while he was Vice President of the United States.”

Archer testified last week that Biden’s “brand” acted as protection for the Ukrainian oil company Burisma.

“I think Burisma would have gone bankrupt if the brand wasn’t associated with it,” Archer told the committee.
