Below Deck’s Hannah Ferrier has revealed how she lost 7.5kg in just a month.
The reality star attributes her incredible weight loss to Jenny Craig and intermittent fasting.
Hannah, who found fame as the Chief Stew on the hit Bravo show, went down a dress side ahead of her wedding last year and has now lost 11kg in total.

Hannah, who found fame as the Chief Stew on the hit Bravo show, went down a dress side ahead of her wedding last year and has now lost 11kg in total
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, she said she needed her wedding dress altered six times in the run up to her big day because she just ‘kept losing weight’.
Hannah explained she never had an issue with her size while filming the hit yachting show because she always losing weight.
The blonde was a fan favourite for the first five seasons of the show, but left in 2020 after being fired by Captain Sandy Yawn for failing to declare anti-anxiety medicine on board.
She has since gone on to marry partner Josh Roberts and has welcomed a daughter Ava, now two.
‘I would always joke with my friends that I can weigh whatever I want when I start filming,’ she said.
‘On my first season, I dropped 15 kilos and I didn’t have them to lose. My mum almost cried when she saw me, I was way too skinny.
But after welcoming Ava in 2020, Hannah gained weight after being in her ‘little bubble’ with the newborn.

Hannah tried to shed the kilos several times, but failed to keep up the routine amid her busy schedule of looking after her daughter, recording her podcast and filming her new show The Real Love Boat AU.
She said she would ‘reach for her phone’ every night to order dinner because she was tired.
A month before her wedding she signed up for Jenny Craig’s new Max Up program, which includes intermittent fasting and signature calorie-counted meal plans.

The star said she did ‘often feel hungry’ as she would be up at 6.30 and not eat until 9am – but the quick results spurred her on.
‘It was amazing to walk down the aisle on my wedding day feeling super confident. Even though it wasn’t at my goal weight, I had dropped an entire dress size by then,’ she said.
Hannah’s weight loss reveal comes after she announced her return to reality TV.
She has signed on as a cast member on Channel 10’s upcoming dating series The Real Love Boat, based on the classic ’70s sitcom sitcom The Love Boat.

Hannah is the Cruise Director of the boat, while Studio 10 reporter Daniel Doody is Head of Entertainment.
