The Houston Texans took adding insult to injury to new heights as they chased down the Dallas Cowboys after their big win on Monday night.
The state rivalry ended with the Texans steamrolling the struggling Cowboys, 34-10.
Hours before the game started, debris from the roof of AT&T Stadium fell onto the field in scary scenes. The Texans would use the misfortune to ridicule their opponents after the victory.
The Texans X page posted a video of two metal pieces falling from the roof in the shape of an L.
“Look down,” they captioned with a rock ‘n’ roll emoji with a hand sign.

The manager also exploited another glaring problem with the stadium, which fans refer to as Curtain-gate. The image shows a flash of light peaking through the window in the upward shot.
The Cowboys’ home is infamous for the sun that occasionally shines through one of the windows, affecting the vision of players in one of the end zones.
The problem resurfaced on November 10 during the Cowboys’ 6-34 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Dallas quarterback Cooper Rush spotted receiver CeeDee Lamb in the end zone and threw what would have been a touchdown pass. However, the glare prevented Lamb from seeing his teammate or the ball and ran past the pigskin as it hit the turf.
As for the canopy, the Cowboys opened the retractable roof for the first time since 2022, but were quickly forced to perform a U-turn on the plan when a “large piece of metal” fell while it was being opened.

It is not the first time this season that the infrastructure has been questioned after ‘Gordijnpoort’
“Pieces of debris started falling from the sky. They opened the roof here and you could see large pieces of what looked like cloth, paper, plastic, and then all of a sudden a large piece of metal floated down and fell onto the field,” Lisa Salters reported on ESPN’s Monday Night Football. .
Fortunately, the franchise avoided any injuries during the incident, with the team confirming the situation in a statement.
“We can confirm that a piece of metal came loose and fell onto the field (with some additional small debris) while the roof was in the process of opening. There were no injuries. “It remains under investigation and a decision will be made, if possible, regarding the ability to safely reopen the roof,” the Cowboys statement said.
The disaster reflects the season the Cowboys are having, as they have lost their last five outings. They are 3rd in the NFC East with a 3-7 record.
