House proud mum reveals how she got dog poo out of her carpet in minutes Tineco carpet one pro
When it comes to cleaning, I think I’m lucky to fit into the middleweight category – I wash my sheets once a week, but I don’t tackle the grout with a toothbrush.
I also live in a rental with carpet that is over 15 years old and have to admit that the worn out floor is not something I would invest a lot of time, energy or money into.
But there is – or should ever be – a piece of carpet in the living room that I felt particularly guilty about.

I had done my best to get the black streak out of the carpet at the time, but things were still pretty dire.
When a quick scrub didn’t work, I did what most reasonable adults in my position would do.
“Later” didn’t come on moving day as I expected, but when Godfreys asked me to try out the Tineco machine.
I spent 15 minutes putting the thing together, learning how to use it, and working on the stain.
I was shocked when it was almost gone.
Obviously I did this just before ‘bedtime’ so I let it air dry.
The next day I gave the stain another ten minutes of my time, this time with the dry setting and now I have another problem.
The stain is pretty much gone after my second try – and the surrounding carpet is in much better shape than the carpet in the rest of the house
A 50 cm piece of carpet in my living room is much cleaner than any other carpet in the house.
I have recommended this machine to everyone.
That’s unbranded, because normally I wouldn’t have looked twice at this expensive gadget.
Now all my mom friends and dog friends have heard all about it.
I got a little hooked and used the piece of furniture to tackle dirty bits on the sofa – they came out big.
The next time I feel that weird burst of energy that calls for something to be cleaned immediately, I’ll try it on my mattress.
