As House Majority Leader Steve Scalise spoke, Greene said, “Members are reminded to abide by the decorum of the House,” trying to pacify her colleagues across the aisle.
However, instead of changing their tone to whispers, Greene’s call was met with boisterous laughter, prompting the congresswoman to repeatedly bang her gavel.
