The beautiful Victorian mansion was where the writer lived in 1894 while writing the science fiction novel.

The house price tag is almost twice the average for semi-detached properties in the area, with typical all-property values ​​at £540,454, up 7.9 per cent over the past year, the equivalent of £41,000.
