‘Hot’ Purple Wiggle John Pearce and his pregnant wife Jessie mark major milestone as they prepare to welcome first child

John Pearce and his pregnant wife Jessie Adamo reached a major milestone this week as they prepare for the arrival of their first child together.

The 33-year-old Purple Wiggle gave a glimpse into his wife’s pregnancy on Instagram on Wednesday, revealing that their baby boy kicked for the first time.

However, he expressed his irritation in a humorous video in which he said he had missed the important moment and had not yet felt a kick.

The funny clip shows John standing over Jessie as she relaxes on the couch and they lip-sync a scene from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.

“Make it move,” John sang along to the line delivered by Dudley Dursley (Harry Melling) in the popular film.

John leaned over to talk to Jessie’s belly and hilariously asked, “Move!” before adding, “He’s boring,” referencing the iconic snake scene from the 2001 film.

“He’s trying to feel the first steps but keeps missing them,” he wrote in the caption. “Apparently he’s been moving all day.”

John and Jessie, who tied the knot in 2019, confirmed in an Instagram post in June that they were expecting their first child together.

They shared an adorable video of the emotional moment they discovered Jessie was pregnant and confirmed they were expecting a boy.

“It has been a long journey but our beautiful angel has finally been sent to us,” they wrote in the post.

“We are so excited and can’t wait to meet you – baby Adamo Pearce, due in December 2024,” they continued.

The Wiggles were thrilled with the couple’s happy news in a sweet message, showing their support for Purple Wiggle John, who joined the group in 2021.

“We are all so excited to see the Wiggles family expanding,” the beloved group said in an official statement.

‘John and Jessie are a wonderful couple and we can’t wait to welcome their baby into our Wiggles world.

‘By Christmas the house will be full… maybe we should buy an even bigger red car!’

John and Jessie started dating in 2012, just two years after his dance-pop group Justice Crew rose to fame after winning Australia’s Got Talent.

They got married in a private ceremony in October 2019. They will celebrate their fifth anniversary at the end of this year.

In April, John told Ny Breaking Australia he was “always excited about having children”.

“I think fatherhood has always been an issue. I’ve always been excited about having kids,” he said when asked about potential baby plans.

“That’s something my wife Jessie and I have been working on for the past few years.”

He continued, “She’s got some health issues here and there that we’re trying to work through. When that’s all over, we’re going to have kids.

‘[Having children is] something we both always wanted. Fingers crossed that something will happen soon. We are definitely working on doing something about it.’
