Two teenage boys were hit by an out-of-control car while walking on a sidewalk.
A Volkswagen Jetta mounted the curb on James Street in Northbridge, Perth, before hitting the two 16-year-olds at around 1pm on Tuesday.
CCTV footage shows the pair being launched into the air on either side of the car, throwing one into a wall while the other is smashed into a post before hitting the ground.
Despite the gruesome scene, the boys were able to get up again moments later.
The 39-year-old driver of the car is said to have suffered a medical episode and was taken to Royal Perth Hospital.

The two boys were taken to the same hospital but suffered only minor injuries.
One of the teens narrowly avoided being trapped between the wall and the car and was the first to get up to check on his buddy.
The other boy could be seen holding the back of his head after hitting the post with his feet with such force that the shoe flew off his foot.
“It was just so awful and I’m so shocked the boys are okay,” an onlooker told Nine.
“I’m so glad they’re doing well because it was really dramatic.”
Police and paramedics attended the scene and were seen speaking to the driver of the car before he was taken to hospital.
