Horror in Manhattan as schoolboy is shot in the head and killed in broad daylight by attacker who ‘fled on a Citibike’

A 16-year-old boy was shot in the head and thigh in midtown Manhattan on Tuesday, officials said.
According to the New York Post, a suspect fled on a Citibike after the shooting, which happened just before 2:30 p.m.
Law enforcement sources told the station that the Soho shooting may have been “school related.”
The teen was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he died, an NYPD spokesperson told DailyMail.com.
Officers arrived at the scene, next to the Dominick Hotel, after receiving a 911 call.
Police are currently looking for the suspect.
No arrests have been made.
