The unnamed man was sliced in half before hitting the busy New York sidewalk outside the apartment complex where Jay-Z and Tom Brady own apartments.
According to police and witnesses, the incident occurred at 9:06 p.m. at the prestigious 80 Columbus Circle address in Midtown.
“The marquee cut him in half,” a construction worker told New York Daily News.
