Horror as Starbucks employee discovers hidden camera in bathroom – as San Jose police arrest ‘violent predator who filmed over 90 victims including one as young as FOUR’
A man has been arrested for allegedly planting a hidden camera in a Starbucks bathroom in California.
Police said the camera was found under the sink, facing the toilet, at a Starbucks in the 600 block of Coleman Avenue on Jan. 31 by an employee.
The suspect, Louie Juarez Jr., 35, was arrested Friday and identified by police as a “violent predator” who allegedly filmed more than 90 victims in the restroom.
Investigators said that on Jan. 30 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., victims ranging in age from four to 85 were captured on camera.
“These videos are extremely graphic and feature multiple juvenile victims in full view,” Officer Tanya Hernandez said.
Authorities do not know whether Juarez posted the images online or sent them to someone else. They are also unsure if he has done this before in other public places. (photo: the micro camera he placed under the bathroom sink)

Juarez was arrested at his home, where police found other micro cameras, 20 firearms, including an assault rifle, an unregistered weapon and high-capacity magazines.
Lydia Zapata, who said she used the coffee shop restroom last week, spoke up ABC-7: ‘It’s terrible, because we use the toilet quite a lot.’
Authorities do not know whether Juarez posted the images online or sent them to someone else. They are also unsure if he has done this before in other public places.
“That is a possibility and that’s why we’re asking the public if they have any other information or think they used the bathroom in this coffee shop to contact detectives,” Officer Hernandez said.
Another shocked resident, Marta Gonzalez said KTVU: ‘To hear that someone is watching us… that’s my privacy, my children, you know. That’s horrible.’
Reacting to the frightening discovery, Starbucks told DailyMail.com that it is a “very disturbing incident.”
“We cannot emphasize enough the importance of providing a safe environment for our customers and partners (employees),” the coffee company added.

Starbucks said they are “grateful” to police and will continue to cooperate with law enforcement.
Since the scary discovery, many concerned customers are wondering if they have used a public restroom recently.
“And it makes you think about how common that happens everywhere outside of Starbucks,” San Jose resident Scott Picanco told abc 7.
Alli Rodriguez, another local resident, said: “So now I’m just questioning every toilet that’s in public? It’s really dirty. And that person should be ashamed.”
Juarez was charged with possession of child pornography, installation of a hidden surveillance camera with audio and possession of an assault rifle.
He was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
San Jose police have asked anyone who believes they were captured on camera to contact the department.
