Horrifying moment car rams into ultra-Orthodox Jewish pedestrians in ‘terror attack’ leaving three injured before suspects go on the run in Jerusalem
This is the horrific moment a car rammed ultra-Orthodox Jewish pedestrians in a ‘terror attack’ that left at least three injured before the suspects fled the scene in Jerusalem.
Footage of the shocking Monday attack showed two suspected “terrorists” skirting the bend of Techelet Mordechai Street in Romema, while three Jewish people stood on the corner of the road chatting.
You see a white car driving at a steady pace before pulling onto the sidewalk where the pedestrians are standing, unaware of what is about to happen.
Before the three individuals have a chance to move from their spot, the car accelerates and plows into them, sending them flying into the air.
Two of the Jewish pedestrians are thrown over the dashboard of the car, while the third is thrown sideways towards a brick wall.

After the terrifying crash, footage posted to X, formerly Twitter, shows the vehicle crashing into a bollard, ripping it off the ground as the front of the car falls apart.
The drivers then swerve to another parked car before getting out and attempting to open fire on the wounded group.
One of the suspected ‘Palestinian terrorists’ can be seen carrying an improvised ‘Carlo’ submachine gun that appears to be stuck, police said.
The two attackers duck behind a wall and slam the firearm onto the ground, giving two of the Jewish pedestrians additional time to flee the scene.
After trying to repair their weapon for a few moments, the suspects decide to ditch the weapon while the two injured Jewish pedestrians appear to have disappeared.
Once the two armed attackers realize their victims are out of sight, they run off in the opposite direction, leaving their wrecked vehicle in the side of another car with both doors wide open.
A large number of officers were sent to the scene to locate the attackers, with footage of the incident on social media showing five officers armed with guns.
The local ambulance service said the three victims were “slightly injured” and police were still searching for the two attackers.
Footage taken at the scene this morning shows officers detaining at least one man at the scene of the ram attack.
Palestinians have carried out periodic attacks on Israeli towns and villages since the country’s war against Hamas began on October 7.

The war was sparked by an unprecedented attack on southern Israel, in which Hamas and other militants killed about 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and kidnapped about 250 hostages.
Israel says militants are still holding about 100 hostages and the remains of more than 30 others.
Since the start of the war, violence has increased in the West Bank.
Last weekend, a funeral in the West Bank commemorated the 14 Palestinians killed in an Israeli attack on the Nur Shams refugee camp, and several dozen people were killed in the southern Gaza city of Rafah when a child was born an orphan.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Rescue Service said it had recovered 14 bodies from the Israeli raid on the Nur Shams urban refugee camp in the West Bank, which began late Thursday.
The dead include three militants from the Islamic Jihad group and a 15-year-old boy.
The army said it had killed 14 militants in the camp and arrested eight suspects. Ten Israeli soldiers and a border police officer were injured.
But Israel said yesterday it will increase “military pressure” on Hamas in a bid to secure the release of Israeli hostages held in Gaza.
Netanyahu threatened action “in the coming days” and promised that Israeli forces would “deal additional and painful blows,” without providing further details.
Despite international outrage, Netanyahu has repeatedly said the army will launch a ground attack on Rafah, a city in southern Gaza that has so far been spared from an Israeli invasion where more than 1.5 million Palestinians have taken refuge.
Israeli attacks on Rafah killed 22 people on Saturday evening, including 18 children, health officials revealed on Sunday.
The war between Israel and Hamas has killed more than 34,000 Palestinians, at least two-thirds of whom are children and women, according to local health officials.
It comes after the conflict, now in its seventh month, has sparked regional unrest, pitting Israel and the US against Iran and allied militant groups in the Middle East.
Israel and Iran exchanged direct fire this month, raising fears of an all-out war.
On April 13, Iran launched a large salvo of more than 300 drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles at Israeli targets from bases in Iran.
According to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), the majority of the attacks were intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome air defense system and with the help of allies including the UK and the US.
The attack, dubbed ‘Operation True Promise’, was reportedly in retaliation for an April 1 Israeli airstrike against an Iranian diplomatic base in Damascus, Syria, which killed seven top officers within the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps – including Quds Force General Mohammad Reza Zahedi Force.
The Iranian attack marked the first time in history that Tehran attacked Israel directly from Iranian territory.
On April 18, Israel responded with airstrikes near Isfahan and Tabriz, Iran.
