Horrifying moment a dirt bike rider jumps on a young mother’s car with her children inside and smashes the rear window during the latest illegal street takeover in crime-ridden Dem city

A dirt bike rider was seen smashing the rear window of a young mother’s car, disregarding her children in the backseat.

The shocking moment was captured on a mobile phone from the top of a double-decker sightseeing bus.

As dozens of young men rode through the downtown area on motorcycles and ATVs, one man took it upon himself to climb on top of the woman’s maroon car. He then smashed the rear window with both feet.

In the blink of an eye, the young mother got out of the car to challenge the man and the footage shows him questioning his destructive decision.

The biker, who was wearing a ‘You Ain’t No Killa’ t-shirt, doesn’t seem to want to be part of the conversation and headbutts her with his helmet before pushing her back as she gets in his face.

The startling incident was captured on cellphone video as scores of young men roamed downtown on motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. A gun can be seen falling from the man’s waistband

However, the woman, identified as 23-year-old Nikki Bullock, did not back down and can be seen pushing the man several times as he also retaliates.

At one point, after jumping out of the trunk of the car, a gun fell from his waistband to the ground – he quickly retrieves the weapon in the footage.

It’s unclear if the woman saw he was armed, but fortunately left the altercation without him pulling the weapon, although at one point he was seen waving at her.

Bullock’s anger continued to bubble up towards the rider as she shoved him, causing him to fall over and the bike to nearly land on his leg.

The shocking incident took place outside Philadelphia City Hall on Sunday evening at 9 p.m.

It has since been revealed that Bullock was making deliveries for UberEats and needed her car for work.

Her young children came with her because paying for a babysitter “was too expensive.”

‘The children were screaming. Like it was crazy,” Bullock said CBS Philadelphia. “The only thing that protected my kids from having glass fall on them was that my rear window was tinted.”

Despite being completely unarmed and outnumbered by dozens of bikers who continued to swarm around her, she decided to fight back.

The altercation eventually ended when the man rushed around the corner.

Philadelphia police are now actively searching for the man in connection with the incident.

The department has tweeted clear markings for the public to look out for, including the biker’s gold emblem on his helmet and several tattoos that could distinguish him.

“If that person is caught and I have the opportunity to charge that person, we will move very vigorously,” District Attorney Larry Krasner said.

The images were taken by George Coney who was visiting the City of Brotherly Love from Florida.

“I just started filming a video of all the bikers, and next thing you know, this guy jumps off and jumps on this lady’s car,” Coney told NBC10.

The 1980 cult film focuses on Mad Max and his adventures in a harsh, dystopian world with many scenes involving motorcycles.

The bicycles are one of the main means of transportation in the chaotic and lawless world depicted in the films as groups traverse the dangerous wasteland, engaging in battles and carrying out various missions.

It is the latest incident in a series of lawlessness to hit the city.

Last week, dozens of masked looters stormed an Apple Store, making off with iPhones and tablets as the city suffered widespread crime.

Surveillance camera footage from the Philadelphia Police Department shows brazen thugs rioting through the Apple Store on Walnut Street in the city’s downtown.

Masked thieves forcibly infiltrated the store and quickly seized iPhones, laptops, tablets and anything within reach on display stands, completing their plunder in less than a minute.

Most of the suspects appeared to be teenagers, including one who boldly strolled outside, dragging a huge television monitor with no sense of urgency.

At least 52 arrests have been made so far, with at least 30 people facing burglary, theft and other charges on Saturday, but the number of suspects appears to be higher.

The flash mob-style looting last Tuesday night targeted dozens of stores, including Foot Locker, Lululemon and Apple.

The chaos in Philadelphia is reminiscent of similarly brazen thefts elsewhere, especially in the San Francisco Bay Area, where organized groups of thieves, some with crowbars and hammers, have systematically targeted higher-end stores.
