An illegal Mexican migrant has been accused of being a serial rapist after officials said they caught him red-handed this week in his “rape dungeon on wheels” in California.
Eduardo Sarabia has been charged with sexually assaulting two women near the Angeles National Forest between May 12 and 13. He is being held without bail.
Police discovered that Sarabia had allegedly raped a 26-year-old woman along Highway 39 in the Angeles National Forest in his 2015 Ford Transit van “rigged for rape.”
According to officers, the suspect offered rides under the pretense that he was camping in the San Gabriel Mountains before taking them to an area with no cell signal near mile marker 21 on Highway 39.

Officials say Sarabia kept his victims locked in the “cage” to “take them to a remote location and rape them.”

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón said in a statement: “As a prosecutor, it is my solemn duty to pursue justice for victims of violent crimes, especially those involving sexual violence.
“The horrific and violent sexual assault these two survivors suffered at the hands of the alleged suspect is deeply disturbing and incomprehensible. Our thoughts are with the victims at this extremely difficult time.
‘I would like to emphasize that this is an ongoing investigation and there may be more victims who have yet to come forward. I urge anyone affected by similar incidents to contact police and seek available resources.”
If Sarabia is found guilty, she could be sentenced to life in prison.
