Glenroy Fraser, a 38-year-old subcontractor from Montreal, Canada, who was vacationing in Jamaica, was found deceased in a rented SUV with his hands and feet tied.

Police were alerted at around 1.30am on Saturday to a vehicle that had left the road in Kelbourney and driven onto an embankment. A spent bullet casing was found nearby.
