The village featured heavily in season two of Clarkson’s Farm, with Jeremy Clarkson apologizing to the residents during a Q&A for calling them idiots.
Clarkson arranged the Q&A for disgruntled local residents in the village of Chadlington, who were unhappy with the impact of his farm and farm shop on outstanding natural beauty.
Rightmove’s Tim Bannister: ‘Many of us will have seen Clarkson’s Farm and imagined what our lives would be like if we moved to the countryside or changed our lifestyle.
“The countryside still has a strong appeal to house hunters, as ‘acres’ ‘rural’ and ‘country’ are still some of the most popular keywords people use when looking for their next home.”
