Home Depot has brought back one of its most popular products from last Christmas as the holidays approach.
The Grand Duchess Twinkling Balsam Fir Tree is once again on the shelves, which went mega-viral on social media last year.
In videos that received millions of views, influencers talked about how beautiful the pre-lit artificial Christmas trees looked in their homes.
The trees come in three different sizes: 2.3 metres, 2.5 meters and 12 metres, although all 12-footers appear to be sold out. Shoppers also have the option of purchasing a full tree – which has more branches – or a slender tree that may fit better in a tight space.
A full 8-foot tree costs $349, while a full 9-foot tree costs $499.

The tree, which has 4,539 branches and 3,400 lights, is depicted in a stock photo
To make the trees look more realistic, they have 4,539 branch points. In addition, 3,400 lamps have already been installed.
Last year, Karen Pacelli had the most notable video about the popular Christmas decoration, with more than 6.1 million views.
The video panned around the tree as the lights flickered. She also made sure the fireplace channel was on her TV to complete the aesthetic.
This year, Bre Powell was one of many TikTok users who recorded herself setting up the tree step by step.
‘Truly the most beautiful tree I have ever seen! There are also colored lights if that’s your vibe,” she wrote in the caption.

There were hundreds of comments on her video, most of which told her how amazing her tree looked.
‘I have the same one, it’s beautiful! When I turn it back on on Halloween night I have nightmares that not all the lights are working,” one person wrote.
“I have the same one and I’m obsessed with it too!” another wrote.
‘I gotta save money, I gotta save money!!!’ wrote a third enticed commenter.
These trees have become so popular that several content creators felt the need to compare the 2023 and 2024 versions.
Sara Beth Clark posted one of these videos, placing the 2024 model to the right of the 2023 model.

She noted that this year’s tree is dimmable, while last year’s is not.
“Definitely a beautiful tree, if you have light-sensitive eyes like mine,” someone commented.
Many people commented on these fake tree videos, telling people to try Costco’s version.
The big box store also sells pre-lit artificial trees, although they are more expensive.
Costco’s 7.5-footer costs $499.99, making it $150 more than Home Depot’s.
The 9-footer is $200 more expensive than Home Depot’s.
The real bargains can be found on Amazon, where a 7.5-footer sells for just $134.
