The former Home and Away star spent $1.2 million on a mansion in Sydney’s Alexandria in 2016.

She has now sold it for $1.59 million through BresicWhitney’s Michael White, earning her about $300,000.

The radio star hadn’t lived in the property for some time, renting it out for $1250 a week for the past year after moving to Melbourne.

Built in 2002, the three-story townhouse has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a one-car garage.

The pad has wood floors, white walls and high ceilings and sold for $570,000 when first built.

It has an area of ​​240 m² and includes a closed garage, with a terrace on the ground floor.

There is also a large patio for outdoor entertaining and the bedrooms have balconies, as well as an ensuite adjoining the master bedroom.

Vastgoed.com reports that Sam is raising money for her upcoming wedding to fiancé Jordan Hansen.

The couple, who welcomed their first child in March, revealed on The morning show in July that they haven’t had the money to get married.

“Honestly, I’m the one putting the brakes on,” Sam told the presenters.

‘It’s just so expensive! It’s hard to justify spending so much money because we want to buy a house and now we have a baby.’

The actress and Jordie welcomed their son Ted on March 7 this year.
