Frank Marshall and Kathleen Kennedy, the producers behind ET, Indiana Jones and the Star Wars franchise, are moving into their idyllic beachfront estate after eight years.

She has served as President of Lucasfilm since 2012 and was made an Honorary Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2019.

Five Star Wars films in a row were awarded for her by 2012’s Lincoln and this year’s Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.

Marshall, 76, made his production debut with 1973’s Paper Moon and produced the original Indiana Jones film in 1981.

His production credits include The Bourne Supremacy, Assassin’s Creed, and Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

The couple married in 1987 and together received 13 Oscar nominations, with both receiving the Irving G. Thalberg Memorial Award from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

The $18.5 million asking price would be a nice return on the $9.75 million they paid back in March 2015.
