The internet has erupted in a heated debate over whether male stars have had plastic surgery.
It started after Natasha Lustig, an Australian content creator with more than 202,000 followers, posted a video listing the famous men she believes have gone under the knife.
She said it felt like everyone is “talking about” female celebrities who have had cosmetic enhancements, but not enough people are mentioning the men.
“Everyone’s talking about what Lindsay Lohan did, what Christina [Aguilera] has done. But no one is talking about the men,” she stated in the now viral clamp.
“Men have been doing this for a while. But the story is always: foolish, pathetic girls can’t stand growing older.
“And men say, ‘We’re aging so gracefully.’ But you too? Because it seems like you’re aging badly and just hiding behind the bad [rep] that women get when they have work done.”
Natasha theorized that stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, Tom Cruise, Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley had all changed their appearance thanks to cosmetic procedures.
“Cristiano Ronaldo has to be the biggest transformation,” Natasha said in her video.
The internet has erupted in a heated debate over whether male stars have had plastic surgery. Cristiano Ronaldo is seen on the left in 2003 and on the right earlier this month
It started after influencer Natasha Lustig theorized that stars like Cristiano and Tom Cruise (seen on the left in 1997 and right in 2023) had altered their appearance with the help of cosmetic procedures.
Elie Levine, a New York-based plastic surgeon, told DailyMail.com that 39-year-old Cristiano’s face has “definitely changed over the years.”
“It appears he has contoured his nose and possibly added volume to his face,” he said.
Natasha suspected that Mission Impossible star Tom, 62, had had at least ‘five procedures’ as she compared photos of him when he was younger and recently.
Dr. Levine agreed, telling DailyMail.com: “His cheek and Malar area have improved dramatically and look quite good for someone his age.
“Plus, it definitely helped strengthen his jawline and chin. All these changes can take place through fillers, fat grafting or implants.
‘It also appears that his nose has improved in shape over the years, likely indicating rhinoplasty surgery.
‘His skin has remained youthful, which may indicate resurfacing and laser rejuvenation.’
Natasha added of Vampire Diaries stars Ian, 45, and Paul, 42: ‘Ian is a good subtle one because people don’t realize how much he’s done to his jawline. And of course his buddy Paul, who has had his nose and jawline touched.’
She added of Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder: “Ian is a good subtle because people don’t realize how much he’s done to his jawline.” Ian is seen on the left in 2000 and on the right in October
Natasha also theorized that Paul Wesley had done work. She said: ‘Of course his button Paul, that nose and jawline have been touched.’ He was seen on the left in 2010 and on the right earlier this month
Dr. Levine theorized that Ian may have had a nose job and had work done on his “cheeks and jawline,” while saying Paul’s “nose contour” and “chin area” had “changed dramatically.”
“Improvement of the lower face can be done in numerous ways, including fillers, fat transfer and even some implants,” he added.
The content creator also brought up George Clooney, who has been open about going under the knife in the past.
The actor, 63, previously admitted he had excess skin removed from his upper and lower eyelids.
Natasha theorized that men make their plastic surgery look “more realistic” than women do by deliberately leaving “a little sag.”
In addition, the influencer listed the male stars who she believed had undergone “secret minor hair transplants.”
‘[Your hairline] doesn’t move alone,” she said. ‘Men here act as if their new hairline is a gift from God. As if the fairies themselves came down and started ‘sprinkling and sprinkling’.’
She mentioned Machine Gun Kelly, Matthew McConaughey, and Elon Musk, including as potential recipients of hair transplants.
In addition, the influencer listed the male stars who she believed had undergone “secretly minor hair transplants,” such as Elon Musk, seen on the left in 2004 and on the right earlier this month.

‘As someone who has had filler in my face after losing weight, there is nothing wrong with working out. But let’s give men the attention they crave,” Natasha concluded.
People immediately took to the comments section to share the other male celebrities they thought had plastic surgery.
“Forgot Zac Efron,” one person wrote, while another asked, “Can we add Will Poulter to this list?”
“I’m tired of reading about him having a ‘glo’ up’ and losing baby fat on his face.”
“Oh, and don’t forget Jamie Foxx: he’s had 50 to 11 different hairlines in his career,” someone else added.
‘Brad Pitt and Bradley Cooper have also both undergone facelifts in recent years. Google it and it’ll be clear,” read a fourth comment.
Others praised Natasha for speaking out on the subject.
“Call them out girl, yeah,” one user wrote.
Another said: ‘Thanks for speaking out about this.’
“This is so important to talk about because it is so deeply tied to shame, guilt and the ‘silly little girl’ narrative that takes away women’s empowerment and allows men to belittle women,” someone else commented .
