On Tuesday, a spokeswoman for Gascon’s office said: “The suspect has not been extradited from Texas to LA County. No arraignment date has been scheduled at this time.”

Sierra Blanca is a small town with only 315 inhabitants according to the 2020 census and is located 25 kilometers from the Mexican border.
Pasqual was apprehended about 35 miles from the Hudspeth County seat as he attempted to flee to Chihuahua over the Fort Hancock International Bridge.
Last week, Gascon described the brutal attack as ‘horrific’ and said he would make the actor pay for his alleged crimes.
He said: “This horrific incident is a stark reminder of the dangers of domestic violence. We will ensure that the person responsible for this egregious act is held accountable for their actions.”
Shehorn, a successful make-up artist, is still recovering from the attack in hospital but is making progress and has been moved from intensive care.
According to the latest update on the GoFundMe page set up to support her during her recovery, friends say she is “taking positive steps” towards healing.
Close friend Jed Dornoff added, “It’s still a very long road, but she’s facing it with courage and determination.”
Donations have been pouring in for Shehorn since news of the horror attack broke last week, with more than $110,000 raised for her care.

DailyMail.com previously revealed Shehorn was abused by Pasqual for months and took out a restraining order against him on May 18 after an incident in which he allegedly slammed her head into the floor and tried to break down a door in their Sunland home. .

Shehorn says she tried to hide in the bedroom of “surrogate mother” Christine White, 62, who shared the former couple’s home and was the one who found Shehorn “bleeding” after the stabbing.

A hearing on whether the temporary restraining order should be made permanent was scheduled for June 11 in Pasadena, while Pasqual was scheduled to appear in court on June 12 on a misdemeanor charge in San Fernando.
