Hollywood actor Michael Fassbender has revealed he uses Aussie Influencer Kayla Itsines' app SWEAT to keep fit.
The Irish actor, 46, told Men's Health that his wife Alicia Vikander introduced him to the fitness app.
'My wife introduced me to the (app). “I thought, 'I'm definitely going to try, how hard can it be,' and it is hard,” he said.
Michael said the app contains cardio-based workouts and these can be challenging.
“It's hard, it's cardio-based body weight. But when I travel, I go to the gym first thing in the morning,” he added.

SWEAT offers dozens of routines that take you through squats, planks, and lunges to hone your physique—without leaving the house.
Kayla, a South Australian mother of two, founded the SWEAT app with her ex-fiancé Tobi Pearce in 2015.
They launched SWEAT as an ebook, before growing the company into an app-based online community with more than 50 million users worldwide.
The brand quickly grew into the world's largest online women's fitness community, so powerful that it increased their bank balance by over $400 million (AUD) in just one year.

In early 2018, Tobi told the Australian Financial Review (AFR) that their company's research showed Kayla's training sessions were completed 11 million times in 2017 in 195 countries.
The former couple, who share daughter Arna Leia, each had an estimated net worth of $209 million (AUD) as of December 2020, according to the AFR.
In 2021, Kayla's sale of her company Sweat – formerly known as Bikini Body Guide – to US software giant iFIT pushed her net worth to $164 million.
This was enough to place her 39th on the 2021 Young Rich List, just one spot ahead of her business partner and former fiancé Tobi, who had a similar net worth.
