Hollyoaks fans are in for a wait in September, as the soap has confirmed a special stunt week for the show, alongside an hour-long episode set to air towards the end of the month.

The Cheshire soap has captivated viewers over the past summer months, and the recent storylines that have captivated fans will culminate in dramatic scenes shot in sensational new locations.

Finally, the love triangle between Felix, his girlfriend Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe) and best friend Warren (Jamie Lomas) will come to an end when Mercedes jeopardizes her relationship with Felix (Richard Blackwood) by having a steamy night with Warren Fox at The Loft.

As Felix hears the wedding bells for the couple, will Mercedes try to salvage what they have and take the next step, or will she continue on her path of self-destruction?

Viewers have seen Felix turn to underground fighting in recent episodes, using it as a form of self-harm after his son left the village.
