Holly Willoughby’s husband Dan Baldwin has reportedly launched his own talent agency.

The move comes three years after the presenter, 42, left the YMU showbiz agency she shared with her former This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield.

According to a new report, Dan, 48, who already owns television company Hungry Bear Media, has started a new venture called HB Talent Agency.

A source told The mirrorDan is one of the most powerful men on TV – and obviously his wife is one of the most influential women. This step makes a lot of sense.

Dan’s profile on his website says, ‘Dan has a wife, three children, two cats and co-owns a manufacturing company. He doesn’t have much time for anything else.’

Accounts obtained by MailOnline in 2021 showed that Dan’s television company Hungry Bear Media had approximately £3.4 million in cash at the end of 2020, with at least £1.8 million in assets.

He is also listed as a director of Scottish company Hungry McBear Ltd, alongside comedian Michael McIntyre and a third unnamed figure.

Baldwin is also listed as a director at Roxy Media alongside his wife Holly who has cash in the bank totaling £1,430,377, and in 2020 he founded a fourth company called Hungry Jay Media Ltd.

It comes three years after Holly left the showbiz agency she shared with former This Morning co-star Phillip.

The presenter is said to have made plans to run herself within an all-female team after leaving the agency after 13 years.

The sun reported that the star made the huge career decision after the coronavirus lockdown gave her time to think about her future.

Holly retired from the YMU company, formerly known as James Grant, and has some big names on the books.

Other well-known familiar faces represented include Ant and Dec, Graham Norton, and Claudia Winkleman.
