Holly Willoughby braved a frigid ice bath on Monday that she says is ‘bl**dy cold!’
The This Morning presenter, 42, donned a multicolored long-sleeved swimsuit that flattered her figure, as well as a beanie as she shared a clip on Instagram.
Holly looked doubtful at the beginning of the video when she showed the cold water and seemed nervous.
She then lowered herself and made some animated facial expressions as she acclimatized to the low temperatures.
Holly then began to smile as she realized her achievement as she focused on her breathing and held her hands together in front of her chest.

After the effort, she jumped out again when an inspirational quote played over the images.
She wrote in the caption, “All right, let’s embark on this icy journey! After working with @iceman_hof and the whole #freezethefear team it’s been a year but I’m finally doing it for you guys… didn’t take long but build up slowly right?
“Wow that was scorching hot but I felt incredible after… @brassmonkeyice I did it! #ice #breath.’
Holly presented Freeze the Fear with Wim Hof last year where a host of stars took on icy challenges.
It comes after Holly showed off her new style earlier this week as she posed for photos on Instagram in a glamorous linen-striped suit.
The beauty looked effortlessly glamorous in the black and white photo she shared with her 8.2 million followers.
She went barefoot in Marks and Spencer’s wide-leg pants and fitted linen blazer as she promoted the brand’s new collection.
The ITV presenter applied a flawless makeup palette to accentuate her beauty, including a bold pink lipstick and bold black eyeliner.

Holly styled her blonde locks in loose waves as they fell from a side part to her shoulders.
She wrote: ‘It’s time for another M&S edit and this time it’s all about tailored suits… currently a bit obsessed with suits… This striped look is beautiful and elevated.’
It came after Holly led the stars to social media in anticipation of the coronation on Friday afternoon.
The star uploaded an image of a crown-shaped cake she made following a segment on Thursday’s This Morning in which chef Juliet Sear showed viewers how to make and decorate the ice cream treat.
Holly revealed her plans for the day included eating cake with her kids, Chester, 13, Belle, 12, and Harry, eight, sipping bubbles and watching the festivities.
Holly looked radiant in an instant as she smiled for the camera as she waved the cake and revealed she spent all night and day making the treat.
She wrote: ‘Well @julietsear and @thismorning I did it!!! Started last night and just finished… don’t look too closely…
“It may not be perfect but I can’t wait to grab a piece with the kids and have a glass of bubbly while I watch the coronation tomorrow… whatever and wherever you are this weekend, enjoy the moment and I hope there’s some cake involved’.
