While telling Phillip about the gossip from the party, Holly said, “There was a performance that night where there was a dance troupe there and they did it, which I just found out is called the death drop.”
‘One leg comes up and then hits your ground on the splits. You may have tried to recreate it. I could have slipped.
She explained: ‘I doubled under the weight. My knee is gone. It was a pretty fancy fall, I didn’t show anything.
Phillip also explained why he wasn’t at Alison’s birthday celebration and revealed that their plans had collided.
He said: ‘It was [my daughter] Ruby’s birthday and she had a big birthday party so I missed the party but it was also lovely to go to her and she had a blast.
It comes after Holly was shocked when she was evacuated from the Dancing On Ice studios late last month.
Holly, who hosts the show with Phillip Schofield, 60, was doing her hair and makeup and was still wearing curlers when she was taken outside due to a fire alert.
The entire cast and crew were forced to flee the building when alarms went off in the purpose-built studio at Bovingdon Airfield in Hertfordshire.
Hysteria: Ended up collapsing on the ground after her knee gave out and she started laughing.
Hilarious: The cameras still managed to capture the whole thing, though, and Phillip Schofield delighted in showing the clip to viewers back home.
Creative Director Dan Whiston said Sun: ‘Last weekend the entire Dancing on Ice cast, production and crew had to evacuate the studio after a fire alarm went off.
“Many of the celebrities, including Holly, had to brave the cold weather outside while security checks took place.
‘The alarm went off, and everyone ran out into the parking lot. We were halfway through preparing for the show when it happened, so some of us weren’t even fully dressed, and Holly still had her curlers on.
Dan added that it was a false alarm caused by a healing pliers, quipping, “You could say it was a bit of a messy situation for a while.”
ITV declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline. MailOnline also contacted a representative for Holly for comment.
