On Air: The video appears to be from the television show Holly & Stephen’s Saturday Showdown, formerly known as Ministry of Mayhem.
Holly is heard hosting an episode of the 2005 series Captain Scarlet, when she asks viewers to call and tell the heads of the show who she’d like to be Captain Scarlet on with a chance to win a prize.
As she is asking the question to the viewers, she is suddenly sprayed with water for no particular reason, leaving her in hysterics and screaming, “Bring me a towel!”
It comes after Holly couldn’t control her laughter when This Morning viewers claimed a dying aunt calling was “joking” her and co-host Phillip Schofield during a bizarre segment on Wednesday’s episode.
The presenters were speechless when the mystery woman recounted how she had found herself in trouble after sleeping with her friend’s ex-boyfriend.
But the daytime duo laughed as she called her friend a ‘cow’ when Vanessa Feltz suggested she confess to her action.
Holly exclaimed, ‘That’s suddenly taken a turn!’ and Phil admitted, ‘I really wasn’t expecting that.’
But the caller insisted that they are ‘good friends’ even though she is the ‘jealous type’.
Fans of the show flooded Twitter with their hilarious reactions, with one even joking that Ant & Dec had been telling her what to say through a headset.

Writing in a family feud segment with Vanessa on This Morning, the UK mum who called herself ‘Lynne’ said her son was 12 when the relative ‘gave them too much alcohol’.
To make matters worse, Lynne said that ‘over two years after the incident’, she had to change her number three times due to incessant ‘harassing’ calls from the sister-in-law and her son.
“Five years have passed, now he is 73 years old and he wants to see us,” said the viewer. “My husband sees it, which is fine, but my son, who is now 17, and I don’t want to.”
Lynne added that her family believes they owe the sister-in-law an apology, but she insists she has done “nothing wrong” by freezing her.

Counseling the distraught mother, Vanessa said it all depends on whether she wants to repair the relationship, while Holly Willoughby stressed that it’s perfectly fine not to move on.
Criticizing the relative’s past actions, the radio star, 61, encouraged Lynne to “stand her ground”.
“I think the sister-in-law really behaved incredibly badly,” he continued. “Harassing someone day and night through phone calls is a disgusting and disgusting way to behave.”
Vanessa added: “That’s the status quo, you’re fine without her, you don’t miss her, and I don’t think you have to do it as a favor to her either.” Stick to her arms.’
Shock: Holly exclaimed, ‘That’s suddenly changed direction!’ with Phil admitting, ‘I really didn’t expect that’
