The presenter, 41, looked incredible in a form-fitting black dress with an asymmetrical one-shoulder neckline.

Her bright blonde locks were styled in a soft curl as they fell freely on her chest, tucked slightly behind both ears for the award ceremony.

But a few hours earlier, Phillip Schofield lost his temper with Holly during a “stressful” Christmas wreath-making session on Monday’s episode of This Morning.

The This Morning star, 60, snapped at his co-host to ‘close her face’ as she made fun of him as she struggled with the devious session.

The presenters were joined on the show by DIY expert ‘The Home Genie’ Georgina Burnett, who taught the duo how to make a festive wreath at home.

Phil clearly wasn’t enjoying the activity and pulled a series of disinterested expressions as he weaved a garland around a cardboard circle.

When Holly asked if he was okay, Phil sarcastically replied “yes.”

Holly replied, “It should be relaxing, but you look pained.”

Phil then snapped, “Shut up!”

However, they quickly broke the ice by laughing it off.

Elsewhere on the programme, guest Emma Bunton, 46, revealed that Holly Willoughby, 41 – who attended Geri Horner’s 50th with husband Dan Baldwin – became an “honorary Spice Girl” for the evening.

Geri and Emma were videotaped dancing with Victoria Beckham, 48, and Melanie Chisholm, 48, to their 1996 song at Ginger Spice’s lavish home in Oxfordshire, and now Baby Spice has admitted that Holly was also in on the action .

Speaking of the special night, Holly said, “You were all there at Geri’s 50th, four of you were dancing together on the dance floor, and I think David Beckham posted a video.”

Emma told Phillip Schofield, “Holly was there. She became a bit of an honorary Spice Girl that night, didn’t she? We tried to drag her across the ground.’

‘My dreams have literally come true!’ Holly gushed.

And speaking of a possible future Spice Girls reunion tour, Emma admitted: ‘I’d love to do another tour and hope we can talk about it. We were together recently.

“I don’t know if it will be a tour, but there are things coming up that we can all do together. All of us.’

Baby Spice was also questioned about a rumored documentary about the Spice Girls, to which she laughed, “We have to say Melanie [Brown] do not tell anyone. I love it because she is so excited. But if we want something to be kept secret, we won’t tell Mel.”

However, Emma has revealed that one of her bandmates will be appearing with her on her upcoming solo Christmas tour, revealing, “Sometimes I get a call from a friend saying, oh, are you in town tonight, I’ll drop by.”

“One of my Spicy girls said she’s coming. I don’t want to say which one.’
