Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield LIVE: ‘Feuding’ This Morning hosts appear together on the couch after crisis talks between ITV and the embattled couple

ITV presenters Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughy will come face to face on the couch of This Morning today, after days of speculation about their friendship falling apart.

The duo, reportedly earning £730,000 each for their hosting duties on the programme, have been under a lot of pressure since last September when they were accused of ‘queue jumping’ at the Queen’s house in state.

Phil took three weeks off in March because his brother was convicted of child crimes. In his absence, Holly was linked to Alison Hammond and ITV bosses are said to be overjoyed with their chemistry and are now looking for more opportunities to pair them up.

And Holly, 42, has reportedly made it clear she wants to continue hosting the ITV daytime show if Phil, 61, ever expresses interest in leaving.

Today, millions will be watching This Morning as the TV pair appear on screen following crisis talks between ITV and the embattled pair over whether either, both, or neither of them would be on the air today.
