The social media star then started making the concoction – starting by adding ice to a glass.

She then used a hand squeezer to squeeze half a lemon, lime and orange “to get all those electrolytes.”

Then the content creator sprinkled Redmond Real Salt from her colorful Dusen Dusen salt mill, “to get those minerals.”

‘Top it off with some coconut water. That gives us a little more electrolytes and hydration,” Ella explained.

I have loved add cranberry juice to this. It’s possible help support healthy intestines.’

The health expert then rounded out the drink with sparkling water, a slice of orange as a decorative garnish, and a few drops of digestive bitters — which she explained in her caption were “optional.”
