LJ Hooker realtors handed out face masks and hand sanitizer to those brave enough to view and walk through the sickeningly cluttered property.
The three-bedroom beach house at 23 Warner Avenue in Tuggerah, on the NSW Central Coast, has already received 150 expressions of interest with a price indication of $490,000 – about $300,000 less than the median property value in the suburb.
It is expected to sell at a huge discount at Saturday’s auction due to the horror state it is in.
Images show that the floor of each room is completely littered with discarded clothing, trash, furniture and storage items spreading all the way to the aft deck.

He said the current state is a perfect opportunity for a renovation and profit.
“Due to the condition of the house and the amount of waste on site, we have set a bid guideline of $490,000 and expect the reserve to be just above that,” he said.
