Hippy Harry inherited a love of psychics from his mother Diana

It has been revealed that the Duke of Sussex has developed a similar faith in psychic powers to that of his mother.

In his explosive memoir Spare, which accidentally leaked in Spain yesterday, the 38-year-old royal from Montecito, California, recounted how he met a “woman with powers” who passed him a message from Diana.

His mother, who died on August 31, 1997, was reported to have consulted mediums and was linked to a host of women who claimed to be psychics, including London-based Simone Simmons and author Sally Morgan.

Simmons and Morgan claimed that they both spoke to Princess Diana’s spirit after her death, as did the woman who met with Harry and told him that his mother was taking care of him.

In Spare, Harry recalled that he was initially skeptical about what someone ‘with powers’ could do for him.

However, he recounted that the woman talked him into it and told him correctly that her son Archie had broken a Christmas tree ornament in the shape of the Queen, saying that Diana’s ghost had witnessed the moment and “laughed”.

He recalled crying when she told him she could feel her mother in the room and told her, “You’re living the life she wanted for you.”

Simone Simmons, an alternative healer and medium, describes herself as a close confidante of Diana’s and claimed in 2017 that the royals spoke to her from beyond the grave.

Diana was known to have seen various mediums and psychics throughout her adult life, before her death in 1997.

Simone Simmons, 61, dubbed one of the princess’s “closest friends and confidants,” met the royal at the Hale Clinic, an alternative medicine center, and became a member of their inner circle, often speaking by phone up to 10 hours.

She told the Mail in 2017 that Diana had been speaking to her from beyond the grave and believes Kate was “perfect” but that Meghan Markle was not the right match for Prince Harry.

“She was worried that Kate would lose too much weight at one point. But she’s more than happy with Kate. Perfect,” Simone said.

He said that what he wants for Harry is for him to be totally trustworthy, because he is extremely sensitive.

The psychic also claimed that Diana encouraged her to vote in favor of the 2016 Brexit referendum to leave the EU and restore the UK “to its former glory”.

Discussing her relationships with Diana, Simone recalled that the two women had intimate conversations about royal life and her relationship with Charles.

“We talked about everything and anything,” Simone recalled of her friend. ‘It’s very strange how I can still hear her. It’s so weird. I hear her voice talking to me about world events and being hopelessly in love with her grandchildren.

Tina Rogers said she spoke to Diana nine hours before her death on August 31, 1997, and gave her a gold necklace earlier that month after visiting her in Derbyshire with Dodi Fayed.

Simone alleged in 2021 that she was with Diana at Kensington Palace when Martin Bashir came to record the infamous Royal Panorama interview.

speaking to Sun At the time of Lord Dyson’s inquiry into the interview in 2021, Simone said Diana had been “ripped off” by the “poison dwarf” Bashir into doing the BBC interview that changed her life in 1995.

She said: ‘I have no doubt that Diana would still be alive today if she had not spoken to Bashir. I hope they throw the book at him. Justice must be done’.

Ms Simmons says she was with Diana when she first met the Panorama reporter at Kensington Palace in 1995, and claims his deception went far beyond forging two bank statements to gain her trust.

She claims that Bashir seduced her with the promise that the interview was about his charity work, but was later called “The Poison Dwarf” after he asked her about her marriage to Charles.

Sally Morgan, pictured in 2019, claimed that she could never be friends with Diana, because the royals were too protected by the Palace.

Simone claimed that Diana was initially a “slave” to Bashir and asked if he could help her save her relationship with heart surgeon Hasnat Khan.

But after he allegedly warned her that she was being watched 24/7, followed in her car, and had her phones and rooms tapped, she became paranoid.

Ms Simmons said that at one point she and Diana were crawling around her apartment looking for bugs, and that the Princess of Wales would later speak to BT about checking their phone lines.

Diana was also linked to medium and author Sally Morgan, now 69.

When she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2018, Sally claimed that she talked to Diana “almost every day” for four years.

He also claimed that he predicted the death of Princess Diana a year before she was killed in a car accident.

The TV psychic claimed she had envisioned a woman being pulled out of a car crash in a tunnel, who she first thought was the Queen, but later realized was the Princess of Wales.

She also alleged that an unidentified member of the royal family had called her to inform her that they had found the recordings of the reading in which she predicted the death of the royal.

She said at the time: “I predicted something the year before and a member of the royal family told me four days after his funeral that they had listened to the tape from the year before, and he was basically predicting that.”

“I said ‘Oh my God, the Queen is going to die’ and I could see a pavement, a gray pavement, and someone pulling her out of a car and then I said ‘I think it might be a tunnel.’ ‘ It was dark.’

Sally revealed that although she talked to Diana every day, even on Christmas Day, she never considered that she had ever been friends with the royals, because she was “very protected” by the royal family.

Derbyshire-based psychic Rita Rogers claimed Diana visited her several times and spoke regularly on the phone with her.

Speaking to the Derbyshire Times in 2003Rita said, ‘He called at least once a week to check on me, as well as for readings.’

She added at the time that Diana called her nine hours before her death to tell her that Dodi Fayed had gone to “get the ring.”

Diana was so fond of Tina that she offered her Van Cleef and Arpels ‘First’ perfume.

Diana gifted Ms Rogers a 15-carat gold necklace after visiting her with her lover, Dodi Fayed, in 1997.

The attached letter read: ‘Dearest Rita, This necklace was made for you and comes with so much love for a very special lady with an extraordinary gift. From x Diana x.’
