She was referring to former President Donald Trump, who at 77 is just a year older than her. “So really choose between your two old ones,” she said on Tuesday regarding the American choice between Biden and Trump as the next president. . Despite Clinton downplaying Biden’s age as a 2024 election issue, recent polls show voters are unsure what impact Biden’s age will have on a potential second term.

About six-in-ten say they do not have much or no confidence in President Biden’s mental ability to serve effectively as president, according to a new survey from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. Trump, meanwhile, did no better than Biden.
