Viewers hysterical after clip of two sisters trying to empty a paddling pool in the garden – before it all ends in disaster
The hot weather has finally come to the UK, meaning Britons across the country are dusting off their barbecues and turning off their paddling pools.
But two sisters from Farnham, Surrey, got into cold water when they tried to empty their temporary pool in the garden.
a video posted on Instagram by Bonnie Barry, 45, founder of the agency Mumfluencer, and her sister, model and author Louise Boyce, 42, showed the couple struggling to empty their paddling pool.
After fighting to try to topple the paddling pool, the pair end up face down in the water. On their second attempt, the same thing happens again.
In the end, they somehow manage to pour the water onto the flower bed, causing them to laugh hysterically and soaking wet.
The video, which has been viewed more than 30 million times, was accompanied by a message from Louise asking for tips on emptying a swimming pool.
After watching the hilarious failed attempts, people commented to tell the sisters that they made their day.
One wrote: ‘Each slip made me laugh harder.’

The comments on Instagram showed that people were divided on the best way to empty a toddler pool
Another said, “I can’t believe you continued after the first bath.”
And many offered tips on the best way to drain a pool, just in case the sisters needed it.
One wrote: ‘Empty it with a bucket. Then tip when there’s about two inches left.”
Another added: ‘I use a watering can instead of a bucket and use the leftover water to water the plants.
‘Besides, I let the children help. Bonus.’
One wondered if they had remembered to use the plug, to which Louise replied that they had, but it hadn’t done much.
Someone then added, “Where the plug is at the bottom, support it with a pool toy so it can let most of the water out and then it’s easier to empty.”
But another said, “The easier way is to drain the pool and the water will drain on its own.”
