Hilarious moment Justin Timberlake tries to serenade a fan on tour only to be ignored because she’s busy texting on her phone

A Justin Timberlake fan missed the pop legend’s own serenade because she was too busy texting on her phone.

During the Montreal stop of his sold-out Forget Tomorrow World Tour, Timberlake attempted to perform his song Flame to a group of female fans in the front row.

While most women were bursting with excitement and more than happy to sing along to the lyrics and get a high five from the Sexyback singer, one fan was distracted with her head buried in her phone.

Timberlake leaned over as she sang to get her attention, but the young woman was so busy texting that she didn’t look up.

She was eventually alerted to Timberlake’s presence when another fan tapped her on the shoulder, but by that point it was too late.

By the time she finally looked up, Timberlake had already walked away.

In a desperate attempt to have a moment with the singer, the fan frantically reached out and grabbed him by the leg.

She then threw her upper body onto the stage with her arms outstretched, but Timberlake was long gone.

Someone managed to record the moment and share it on TikTok, writing: “When you’re too busy texting and missing Justin Timberlake singing Flame to you.”

Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour was a huge success for the star, selling more than a million tickets and earning critical acclaim.

He has continually added new dates to the tour to keep up with demand, recently adding eight new shows to the North American leg.

At his recent show in Montreal, the Suit & Tie hitmaker was joined by his wife Jessica Biel to celebrate their anniversary.

Addressing the crowd – and Biel – Timberlake said, β€œIt’s a very special night for me too. My wife is here tonight and tonight we are celebrating our 12th anniversary.”

The Grammy-winning artist blew a kiss to the actress, who enjoyed the show from the VIP section of the Bell Center.

“So be kind to her Montreal, because she’s sharing with all of you tonight,” he said before placing his hand over his heart and telling Biel, “I love you, baby.”

Timberlake shared the beautiful moment in a clip on Instagram on Saturday and wrote: ‘We back! Thank you @jessicabiel for sharing our anniversary with Montreal. LOVE YOU GUYS!”
