Hilaria Baldwin was all smiles as she opted for stylish comfort while enjoying a quick coffee break in New York City on Tuesday.
The media personality, 40 — who was recently criticized for allowing her daughter Carmen, 10, to wear makeup — stepped out after being roasted for launching a new TLC reality show with husband Alec Baldwin and their children.
Her excursion also comes as the 30 Rock alum, 66, prepares to go on trial in July following the fatal Rust shooting that resulted in the death of cameraman Halyna Hutchins.
The mother of seven wore a sleeveless white cropped top and high-waisted jeans to stay cool in the summer weather.
She put on a pair of brown slippers and easily carried a large, tan bag over her right shoulder to hold a few items she would need on the outing.

A green and white plaid button-up was placed in the bag in case she got cold later in the day.
Hilaria’s dark brown locks were parted in the middle and flowed down her shoulders in light waves.
She completed the look with a dainty silver chain necklace, mini earrings and sunglasses on her head.
As she strolled along a sidewalk in the bustling city, she flashed a cheerful smile as she held a hot drink and her smartphone in her left hand. Baldwin also gave a friendly wave as she headed to her next destination.
It comes as her husband, Alec – who she tied the knot with in 2012 – prepares to appear in court in New Mexico next July, where he will face one count of involuntary manslaughter.
Ahead of the trial, prosecutors have alleged that Alec was “sloppy” with firearms on the set of Rust, in new legal documents obtained by TMZ on Tuesday.
Prosecutors in New Mexico plan to present evidence that the actor was irresponsible and reckless when it came to handling firearms on set before the fatal shooting of Hutchins with a gun Baldwin was holding.
Prosecutors have alleged that the actor “pointed and fired a blank bullet” at one of the crew members which he used as a “line of sight”, while also alleging who would use a gun to point in the direction of the other crew members.

They also claim there is additional evidence that Alec fired a firearm while not filming or after a cut was called on set. Prosecutors also alleged that he put his finger on the trigger when he was not called into scenes.
When it came to properly training with firearms with gunmaker Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, the documents allege that Baldwin would not pay full attention and would instead spend time on his phone or FaceTiming.
Prosecutors additionally alleged that the star rushed the crew to the set, as well as the gunsmith when it came to reloading the firearm.
Alec is also accused of both “erratic” and “aggressive behavior” on the set of Rust.
After filming resumed in Montana, Baldwin also reportedly refused to take proper safety precautions.
Last May it was announced that the actor will appear in court after a judge rejected a motion to dismiss the case. He faces a prison sentence of up to eighteen months if he is found guilty of manslaughter.
Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer in New Mexico rejected the arguments of the star’s attorneys, Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro, according to Variety.
In a statement after the judge’s decision, Baldwin’s attorneys said, “We look forward to our day in court.”
Sommer listened to arguments from both Alec’s attorneys and prosecutors in court on May 17 in Sante Fe, per NBC News.

However, Baldwin’s attorneys argued that Morrissey had not provided key evidence to the grand jury earlier this year in January and that no defense witnesses were available.
The judge stated in her ruling, according to Variety, that Kari shared a letter from the “verbatim defense” to the grand jurors, but explained that they made the choice not to “follow up” on the letter.
“The Court is not in a position to challenge the grand jury’s decision in this regard,” Sommer said.
The judge also later added, “Although the State deferred certain questions, in many other cases grand jurors asked evidentiary questions and received full answers from witnesses.”
In October 2021, Hutchins was fatally shot on the set of Rust, while the film’s director, Joel Souza, was injured.
Alec pleaded not guilty prior to trial and has also denied pulling the trigger on the gun and denied that it was his responsibility to ensure the gun was safe.

However, the couple were soon underwhelmed by their decision to launch their own reality show, with some trolls referencing Hilaria’s 2020 scandal that she had faked her Spanish heritage.
“You’d think it would be on Telemundo, wouldn’t you?” one typed on X, while another added: ‘Good. We haven’t had enough of Hilaria’s fake accent yet.’
And on Sunday, the two were gushed about their 10-year-old daughter, Carmen wearing makeup, in a Father’s Day post uploaded to Instagram after Alec shared sweet photos of his kids to celebrate the special day.
He notably shares Carmen, 10, Rafael, eight, Leonardo, seven, Romeo, six, Eduardo, three, Lucia, three, and Ilaria, one, with wife Hilaria – who he tied the knot with in 2012. He’s also dad to Ireland, 28, who he welcomed with ex Kim Basinger.
In the caption, Alec — who is preparing to stand trial for the fatal Rust shooting — simply wrote, “Happy Father’s Day to the dads out there.”
The second image showed Carmen holding one of her siblings in her arms while wearing both mascara and glossy lipstick.
Social media users were divided in the comments section as they shared their thoughts on the 10-year-old sporting makeup in the image.
One typed: ‘Why does a 10 year old wear makeup?’ while another wondered: ‘Why is she wearing makeup?’, followed by a rolling eyes emoji.

However, this wasn’t the first time the Alec and Hilaria sparked backlash for their eldest daughter wearing makeup.
Earlier this year, in February, Hilaria shamed her mother for allowing Carmen to wear full makeup in a photo uploaded to her own Instagram page.
