Young hiker missing in Kosciuszko National Park is FOUND after he disappeared 13 days ago

A young hiker who had been missing for almost two weeks in New South Wales’ Kosciuszko National Park has been found alive, his family announced.
Hadi Nazari, 23, separated from friends to take photos along the Hannels Spur Trail between Khancoban and Thredbo, in Mount Kosciuszko National Park in the Snowy Mountains, around 2.30pm on Boxing Day.
The hiker called his family on Wednesday to tell them he was still alive.
“We talked to him… He’s doing well. He is doing well,” the family said 9News.
‘We are very happy. It’s the happiest day of our lives.’
It is understood that Mr Nazari, a medical student, was found by hikers about 20km from the main police command post in Geehi.
“Following a 13-day multi-agency search involving more than 300 people, the 23-year-old man was located by walkers outside the circuit walk near Blue Lake at approximately 3.15pm today (Wednesday),” NSW Police said in a statement .
“He was lifted from the site to the command post where he is being assessed by paramedics.”
