And fitness guru Michelle Bridges was her best advertisement last weekend as she continued her holiday in Sicily with her son Axel.
Michelle, 53, showed off her fit body in a striking swimsuit on Instagram.
The author, who recently appeared on screen in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia!, opted for a relaxed look, wearing cut-off denim shorts over her swimsuit.
She completed her look with white sunglasses, a brown shoulder bag and a stylish bandana.
Michelle enjoys a fun mother-son outing with her eight-year-old son Axel.
On Tuesday, she shared a series of videos on Instagram of the two as they walked through the streets of Rome.
In a clip, the fitness guru showed off their fitness goals by climbing the iconic Spanish Steps.

Michelle looked effortlessly stylish in a chic blue and white ensemble, which showed off a hint of her sun-kissed skin.
The fitness fanatic has a son, Axel, with her ex-partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis.
The couple split in 2020, after meeting on The Biggest Loser in 2012.
Michelle admitted she was disappointed to miss the I’m A Celebrity final.

“I won’t lie, I’m disappointed. I really would have liked to stay a little longer,” she admitted in her exit interview.
“I’ve enjoyed meeting new people and I’ve made some great friends there, I won’t deny that. There are some really great people I’ve connected with and I know I’ll have that connection on the outside as well.”
Michelle entered the competition for the charity of her choice: Women’s Community Shelters.
Michelle rose to fame for her role in The Biggest Loser in 2007 and has since appeared in Celebrity MasterChef Australia in 2009, Dancing with the Stars in 2019 and Celebrity Apprentice Australia in 2021.
