Thanks to her famous father, she often hung out with his friends Jennifer Aniston and Drew Barrymore.
Her mother is also famous – she was a model and is now both a red carpet fixture and an actress.

Her mother is Jackie, a former model who appears in almost every Adam movie.
Sunny is now starring in the Netflix movie You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah, out August 25.

The teen comedy is a family experience for Adam.
It not only stars him and his wife Jackie, but also both of his daughters: Sunny has the lead role and his 17-year-old daughter Sadie has a supporting role.
The fun Netflix movie is about one of his daughters who catches her best friend kissing her high school crush.

Netflix’s official synopsis reads: Lifelong best friends Stacy (Sunny Sandler) and Lydia (Samantha Lorraine) have long dreamed of epic bat mitzvahs.
“But when popular kid Andy Goldfarb (Dylan Hoffman) and Hebrew school drama come between them, their perfect plans go comically wrong.”
Sunny stars as the teen struggling with her love life.
She walked into her crush kissing her best friend Lydia and it tears her world apart.
That leads to her telling her boyfriend they aren’t friends anymore, which Stacy later regrets. And then things take a really bad turn: Stacy spreads anonymous rumors about Lydia through an Instagram account, like how she has hair on her chest.
Sadie pops up occasionally as comic relief when she tells her father that she tried alcohol but that he shouldn’t worry as she didn’t like it.

Jackie is not playing Adam’s wife. That role goes to Frozen star Idina Menzel who broke through with the show Wicked.
Jackie’s role is that of the mother of Stacy’s ex-girlfriend, Lydia. She is only seen briefly in the trailer visiting the house where Sandler and his children live.
Traffic actor Luis Guzmán was also featured in the clip.
Based on Fiona Rosenbloom’s novel of the same name, You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah is directed by Sammi Cohen and produced by Sandler’s Happy Madison Productions and Alloy Entertainment.
The film will premiere on Netflix on August 25.

Sadie wore black as she beamed at her father, who was dressed in a suit and tie.
Sadie has been busy all her teenage years. She was first seen on screen in her father’s 2008 film You Don’t Mess With The Zohan; she played the girl riding on goat. She then popped up as the sweetest medieval girl of all time in 2008’s Bedtime Stories and was Tardio’s daughter in Grown Ups.
In the 2011 hit comedy Just Go With It with Aniston, Sadie played a girl on the rope bridge. That same year, she was the little girl on the ship in Jack And Jill. In 2012, she was the lemonade stand kid in That’s My Boy and had the voice of young Mavis in Hotel Transylvania (Selena Gomez played teenage Mavis). In 2013, she played Sadie Tardio in Grown Ups 2 and the following year was a minor league announcer in Blended.
