Hello Fresh delivery driver’s shocking act caught on Canberra resident’s camera

The Hello Fresh delivery driver’s shocking act was captured on a Canberra resident’s camera

A delivery driver has been caught on camera throwing a meal parcel over a customer’s railing and into a wall late at night.

Hello Fresh is investigating the incident after Krystle, from Gordon in Canberra, shared doorbell camera footage showing her meal parcel being forcibly thrown away by the delivery person at around 12.15pm on September 16.

The box hit the wall so hard that many of the food inside burst, forcing her to throw them away.

In the footage, a loud thud is heard before the box falls to the floor and bounces next to her doormat.

An incredible video has emerged of what appears to be an Australian postman doing ‘wheelies’ on his delivery bike.

Hello Fresh is a subscription meal provider that delivers a week’s worth of food for $125 per box.

“It’s too expensive to be treated like this,” Krystle told Yahoo News.

She said she doesn’t normally treat herself to the food boxes, but did so as a rare treat while her daughter was recovering from surgery.

The delivery person did not act rationally, she said.

‘The driveway was clear and the entrance is two meters wide and there are no stairs. He had to navigate a car and a garden edge to walk the way he did.”

The mother said that although the food parcels were useful, she would not order them again after this incident.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Hello Fresh for comment.
